HOLY GRACE CENTRE FOR RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Affiliated to The Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS), Doctoral programs are designed to develop outstanding educational researchers with a wide range of research skills as well as in-depth knowledge and practical understanding and expertise in their chosen field of educational research. The program at Holy Grace provides rigorous research training that equips candidates with the knowledge and skills to have broad impact in the worlds of management policy and practice. Working with premier faculty in the field, students conduct cutting-edge research that addresses the most pressing problems in management education.

Holy Grace Academy of Management Studies is affiliated to The Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS) for awarding the Ph. D program.

Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies

The Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS) is a university established by government of Kerala devoted to studies in fisheries and ocean sciences. The bill seeking to establish the university was passed by the Kerala Legislative Assembly on 30 December 2010. KUFOS has its headquarters in the premises of the College of Fisheries, Panangad. KUFOS is the first university in India exclusively dedicated to studies in fisheries and allied disciplines. The university was inaugurated and dedicated to the nation in a function held at the campus of the College of Fisheries, Panangad, on 20 February 2011.

Holy Grace Centre for Research and Development

Holy Grace Centre for Research and Development was established in the year 2019. The Centre is composed of integrated researchers from a variety of management streams such as Marketing, Human Resources, Banking and Finance, etc.  The Research Centre is established with an objective to promote and encourage the research and development activities for the social in large and in particular for benefit of the academic progress.  The Research Centre consists of faculty members approved by KUFOS. The Research Centre provides a supportive environment to achieve excellent out come from scholars and teaching faculties.

The Centre was established to carry forward research by the scholars allotted by Kerala University of Fishers and ocean studies, leading to the award of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) in Management. The Research Centre at Holy Grace commenced its operations in the year 2020 and the first batch of Ph. D. Scholars registered. At present, there are three batch of scholars pursuing Ph. D. in Management.

Functions of the Research Centre

  • Course work conduction as per the norms of KUFOS for the Ph. D. Program
  • Consultation offered by Faculty members to Industries on various areas including production, human resources, marketing and finance.
  • Arranging expert lectures from the Industry and other relevant establishments
  • Submission of live projects to Funding agencies by the research faculty

The Centre strives to provide academic inputs by eminent teachers, and having excellent infrastructure in terms of library, internet / wi fi connection, reprographic center etc. The research Centre aims to promote and conduct research related activates for the overall development from a broad interdisciplinary perspective. To achieve this, various activities like National / International seminars, workshops with academicians and industrial delegates are organized in collaboration with IQAC for the scholars and the faculty members.
