Dr. Twinkle Jaison holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and an M.Com in Finance. She brings over nine years of academic experience in management education, with expertise in marketing, finance, research methodology, and business analytics.

Her professional journey includes leadership roles such as Head of Department, IQAC Coordinator, and curriculum committee representative. She has published extensively in reputed journals on topics including green marketing, sustainability in HRM, and digital transformation in education. She has presented papers at national and international conferences and has earned multiple certifications in digital and social media marketing.
