ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Qualification:B. Com, MBA( Finance and Marketing)

Ms. Nayana P is a dedicated academician with a strong background in finance and marketing, currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Finance. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a B.Com in Computer Applications.

With over eight years of teaching experience in business education, she has undertaken various academic leadership roles such as:

  • Postgraduate Program (PGP) Coordinator
  • Head of the Department
  • IQAC Department Coordinator
  • Criteria 7 Lead for NBA Accreditation
  • BOS Secretary
  • Question Paper Setter for Autonomous Programs
  • IIC and NISP – Social Media Coordinator
Her core strengths lie in research and knowledge dissemination, particularly in areas related to sustainable finance, digital transformation, and organizational behavior.
She has published several research papers and presented her work at academic forums. Her research contributions include:
